Our approach before anything else.
Every service path at Sukjai Counsel begins from the same starting point: understanding what is actually going on for you. Some people arrive with a clear sense of what they need; others arrive with a feeling that something needs to change but are not sure what. Both are fine starting points.
We do not push any path. We describe each option honestly, note the likely timeline and what involvement looks like, and leave the decision with you. If a matter changes in scope or complexity, we say so before acting, not after.

Welcoming Family Consultation
A warm, confidential first conversation to make sense of your circumstances and the questions that matter to you and your loved ones. We listen carefully, explain things plainly, and lay out the options without nudging you toward any one of them. Suited to anyone seeking a calm and clear beginning. There is no pressure to take things further.

Mediation & Arrangement Help
Considerate assistance reaching fair, lasting arrangements through discussion and mediation where appropriate, with careful drafting of any agreements. We work to lower conflict and keep relationships as healthy as possible. Appropriate for those who prefer a cooperative path. We proceed at a pace that feels comfortable for everyone.

Full assistance for matters requiring formal steps, covering preparation, documentation, and representation through to a settled outcome, with compassionate advice throughout. We keep you informed and involved, explaining each step before it is taken. Best for more involved or sensitive situations where steady, end-to-end care is welcome. Terms are agreed openly at the outset.
