These terms set out the basis on which Sukjai Counsel provides its services and the conditions applying to use of this website. We have written them as plainly as we can. If anything is unclear, please contact us before proceeding.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out here:
- "We", "us", "our" — Sukjai Counsel, a family legal services practice based in Bangkok, Thailand
- "You", "user" — any person who accesses this website or engages our services
- "Services" — the legal and advisory services described on this website and in any engagement letter
- "Website" — sukjaico.pro and all pages contained within it
- "Agreement" — these Terms together with any engagement letter or service agreement
- "Content" — all text, images, documents, and materials published on this website
2. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting this website or submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using this website or our services.
Our services are available to individuals aged 18 or over who are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under Thai law. By engaging our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Our Services
Sukjai Counsel provides family legal services in Thailand, including consultation, mediation support, and formal representation as described on this website. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement will be agreed in writing before work begins.
The information on this website is provided for general guidance only. It does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as such without speaking with a qualified practitioner about your specific circumstances.
Service availability is subject to our current capacity and, where applicable, conflict of interest checks. We reserve the right to decline instructions where professional rules or ethical obligations require.
4. Your Responsibilities

Documents, advice, and work product produced for a specific client engagement remain the joint property of us and that client as agreed in the relevant engagement letter.
6. Fees & Payment
Fees for our services are quoted in Thai Baht (฿). The specific fee applicable to your engagement will be confirmed in writing before any work commences. Our current published service fees are:
- Welcoming Family Consultation — ฿7,400
- Mediation & Arrangement Help — ฿10,800
- Comprehensive Family Support — ฿13,900
Payment terms will be set out in the engagement letter. We accept bank transfer and the payment methods indicated at the time of engagement. Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where agreed otherwise in writing or required by law.
We reserve the right to revise published fees from time to time. Any change will not affect an engagement already agreed in writing.
7. Service-Specific Terms
Each engagement is governed by a written engagement letter that sets out the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. General conditions applying to all services include:
- We will explain each step before it is taken and keep you appropriately informed throughout
- Any change to the agreed scope will be discussed and confirmed with you in writing before proceeding
- We maintain strict confidentiality over all information shared with us in connection with your matter
- Timelines are indicative; factors outside our control — including court scheduling and third-party responses — may affect them
- We do not guarantee any particular outcome; we commit to working with diligence and care on your behalf
8. Disclaimers
The general information on this website is provided in good faith but without warranty of any kind, express or implied. It reflects the law as understood at the time of publication and may not be current.
Legal outcomes depend on the specific facts of each case and the applicable law at the relevant time. Nothing on this website should be read as a representation that a particular result can or will be achieved.
We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on general information on this website without first obtaining advice tailored to your circumstances.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, our liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific matter to which the claim relates.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, or for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including court decisions, legislative changes, or third-party delays).
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
10. Termination
Either party may end an engagement by giving written notice. Where we withdraw, we will provide reasonable notice and assist with the handover of your file where practicable. We may withdraw without notice in circumstances required by professional rules or law.
Fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable. Clauses covering confidentiality, intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
11. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from them will first be referred to informal discussion in good faith. If not resolved within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the courts of Bangkok, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Where a dispute relates to professional conduct, you may also refer the matter to the Thai Bar Association under its applicable complaint procedures.
12. General Provisions
- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with any engagement letter, constitute the full agreement between us on the matters covered
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force
- Waiver: Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right
- Assignment: We may not assign our obligations without your consent; you may not assign your rights without ours
- Notices: Written notices under these Terms should be sent by email to the addresses set out in the engagement letter, or to [email protected]
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any revision. Continued use of this website after an update is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Any change will not affect an engagement already in progress under a signed engagement letter.
